Shipping & Returns Policy

Each item is made to order.

Please allow 3-5 days for creating and processing your items before it is shipped.

All custom items are FINAL SALE.

All international items are FINAL SALE.

Returns are sent back at the customer’s cost and must be returned within 30 days. You can contact me at stacy@vibekey.co to let me know first and I’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
